Director of Governance.
EOI Exchange is hiring a Director of Governance to serve as the operational advocate for our carrier customers. The role is sometimes described internally as EOI air traffic control: the person who keeps every part of the workflow visible, validated, and on the rails.
What the role owns
- Run the recurring governance review with the carrier after launch.
- Own the pre-launch validation cycle: Pending, In Review, Validated, Exception Identified, Retest Required, Certified for Launch.
- Act as the operational point of contact between carrier underwriting, implementation, IT, and account management.
- Surface every exception before it lands in production. Nothing goes live with a known exception.
- Maintain the audit trail across every configured rule, every change, and every validation result.
- Translate the language of underwriting, the language of integration engineering, and the language of carrier operations into one shared view.

The platform orchestrates a Reflex IQ interview, an underwriting engine call, third-party data sources, and a real-time write-back into the Ben Admin shopping cart. The interesting problems sit at the intersection of integration depth, real-time decisioning, and operational governance.
