The team's brief is narrow on purpose: build the real-time underwriting infrastructure, the connectivity, and the governance layer. Carriers keep ownership of their underwriting rules.
Co-Founder and CEO
Glenn leads strategy, carrier conversations, and the EOIX product thesis. His focus is the digital underwriting workflow: how a worker who says yes to more coverage gets an answer in the same session, with the carrier still owning every rule that shapes the decision.

Co-Founder and CTO
Jason owns the EOIX Cloud SaaS AI Platform architecture: the integration with Reflex IQ, the connection into the underwriting engine, the data orchestration with third-party sources, and the API write-back into Ben Admin and HRIS systems. His brief is to make the parts talk to each other.

Senior Technology Leadership

Edwin works alongside Jason on the technology side of EOIX, with responsibility across architecture decisions and the build out of the connected workflow. His remit covers the underwriting, integration, and portal layers that together form the EOI infrastructure.
Director of Compliance
Brandon owns the compliance posture for EOIX. The role is responsible for making sure the platform stays inside the boundaries the carrier sets: that EOIX executes the carrier's rules and does not make underwriting decisions, that data handling matches what each integration partner requires, and that governance tracking is auditable end to end.
Board Member and Strategic Advisor
Dave serves on the EOIX board and advises on strategy. His role centers on the long view of the company: how the underwriting infrastructure thesis matures, how the carrier conversations sequence, and how the team scales as the architecture moves toward pilot.
