EOI Exchange (EOIX) is a real-time digital underwriting infrastructure company for group benefits. This privacy notice describes how EOI Exchange handles information collected through this website.

Form submissions. When you complete a contact form, investor request, or careers application on this site, we collect the information you provide. That includes name, email, company or firm, title, role of interest, and the contents of your message.

Server logs. Like most websites, we receive standard request information including IP address, user-agent string, referrer, and timestamps. This information is retained for security and operations.

Analytics. If we deploy a web analytics tool on this site, that tool may collect aggregated information about page views and navigation. Specific tools in use are listed in our list of subprocessors when applicable.

Responding to inquiries. We use the information you submit to reply to your request, route it to the right person at EOI Exchange, and follow up on the conversation you started.

Investor verification. Information submitted on the Investors page is used to verify accredited-investor status under Rule 501 of Regulation D before any private offering materials are shared.

Operational and security purposes. We use server logs to operate the site, prevent abuse, and investigate security events.

Marketing communications. We do not add you to a marketing email list from this site. If we later offer a product or research email opt-in, it will be a separate, explicit subscription.

We do not sell personal information.

We share information with a small number of service providers we use to operate this site, including our hosting provider, email delivery provider, and analytics provider when one is in use. These providers act under contract and only on our instructions.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests from authorities, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of EOI Exchange, our customers, or others.

We retain submission information for as long as needed to handle the inquiry you started, plus a reasonable archive period to keep a record of the conversation and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Server logs are retained on a shorter rolling window appropriate for operations and security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise a right, write to privacy@eoiexchange.com.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, contact privacy@eoiexchange.com so we can delete it.
